The short version: We collect only what we need to run your account. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We never have and never will. We built this for tradespeople — not to monetize your information.

Who We Are

OneServ is a field service management application operated by Consolidated Assets LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. References to "OneServ," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Consolidated Assets LLC.

What Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide when you create an account or use the application:

Account information: First name, last name, business name, trade type, email address, and phone number.
Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
Job and dispatch data: Information you enter about your jobs, customers, and technicians. This is your business data — it belongs to you.
Usage data: Basic technical information such as browser type and login timestamps, used only for security and to keep the app running properly.

We do not collect data about your customers beyond what you choose to enter. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling on your account activity.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not send you marketing emails from third parties.
We do not build profiles on you for any purpose other than running your account.

SMS / Text Message Communications

OneServ SMS Program — Full Disclosure

Program description: OneServ operates an SMS messaging program for two distinct purposes:

Platform communications: Informational SMS messages sent directly to OneServ subscribers (business owners and their staff) regarding their OneServ account, trial status, onboarding, and platform updates.
Customer-care notifications on behalf of subscribers: OneServ enables home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, and other trades) to send informational/customer-care SMS notifications to their own end customers. These messages include appointment confirmations, technician en route alerts, job completion notices, invoice delivery, and review requests. These messages are sent on behalf of the service business, not by OneServ for marketing purposes.

How consent is obtained:

OneServ subscribers consent to receive SMS communications from OneServ at the time of account creation by checking an explicit opt-in checkbox on the signup form at go.oneserv.app/signup.
End customers of home service businesses consent to receive customer-care SMS notifications from their service provider at the point of service — either via an in-app opt-in checkbox when their contact information is entered, or by providing their phone number directly to the service business with acknowledgment of SMS communications.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting out does not affect access to services.

Types of messages sent: All SMS messages are informational/customer-care in nature. Message types include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Technician en route alerts (e.g. "Your technician is on the way")
Job completion notices
Invoice delivery and payment notifications
Review requests following completed service
Account and trial status updates (to OneServ subscribers only)

OneServ does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. All messages are transactional or customer-care in nature.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. OneServ subscribers may receive up to 5 messages per month related to their account. End customers of service businesses may receive messages related to their active service appointments — typically 2–5 messages per service visit.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing dutch@oneserv.app or calling 520-444-7488.

No sharing of opt-in data: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is used solely to deliver the described customer-care and informational messages. Data may be shared with Twilio (our SMS carrier/aggregator) solely for message delivery purposes.

Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-Party Services We Use

To operate OneServ we use the following infrastructure providers. Each handles data under their own privacy policies:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting
Stripe — payment processing
Twilio — SMS delivery (customer-care notifications)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — application hosting
Square — in-field payment processing

These providers are used solely to deliver the OneServ service. We do not share your data with them beyond what is technically necessary to operate the application.

How We Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to your account data is restricted to you and, where technically necessary, to Consolidated Assets LLC for support and maintenance purposes.

Your Data Is Yours

You own your business data. You can request a full export of your account data at any time by emailing dutch@oneserv.app. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request.

Cookies

OneServ uses only functional cookies necessary to keep you logged in and the application running. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

OneServ is a business application intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify active users by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most current version.
